Use your workspace address

On Business and Enterprise, clients reach your portal at your own address on using.link.

How it works

Every workspace gets a short name from its company name, such as acme. On Business and Enterprise, https://acme.using.link serves your portal with your brand and page title.

  • A client or project Link opened on using.link moves to your address on its own.
  • Addresses written to Notion use your address.
  • Invitations start on using.link and continue on your address after sign-in.

On Free and Plus, portals are served from https://using.link.

See or change it

Settings → Domain shows your address. To change it, use the email link there and the Link team renames it for you.

Several workspaces

People who belong to several workspaces stay signed in to each address and switch from the menu in the header.

Your own domain

Serving the portal from a domain of your own, such as portal.acme.com, is not available yet.
