Legal

Terms of use

These terms describe the responsibilities that come with connecting a workspace, inviting other people, and using Link.

Last updated 17 July 2026
01

Account and authority

You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your email and workspace. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Only connect a Notion workspace, template copy, client, project, or other source that you are authorized to use and share through a client portal.

02

Workspace administration

Workspace admins control source connections, invitations, roles, visibility, and appearance. Client admins and viewers receive the access assigned to them by the workspace.

You are responsible for reviewing client and project visibility before sharing a portal URL or sending an invitation.

03

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Link for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
  • Do not upload or expose information you do not have permission to process or share.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other workspaces, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer protected parts of the product.
  • Do not use the service to distribute malware, unsolicited messages, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
04

Your content and connected data

You keep ownership of the content and data you connect. You grant Link the limited permission needed to read, store, transform, display, and synchronize that content for the people and portals you configure.

You are responsible for maintaining any required notices, permissions, and lawful basis for personal or client information placed in the connected workspace.

05

Service changes

Link is available for anyone to sign up and create a workspace. Features may change as the product develops, and some capabilities may be introduced gradually. Material changes that affect an active workspace will be communicated where practical.

The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

06

Suspension and ending access

You may stop using Link and request deletion of workspace data. Access may be limited or suspended when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or address a material breach of these terms.
