Privacy policy

This policy explains the information Link needs to operate a connected client portal, how that information is used, and the choices available to workspace owners and visitors.

01

Information Link processes

The information processed depends on how you use the product.

  • Account and access information, including names, email addresses, workspace roles, and invitations.
  • Workspace settings, including company identity, appearance, terminology, and connected-source configuration.
  • Client, project, people, and page content read from a Notion workspace that an authorized owner connects.
  • Portal activity and technical information needed for security, reliability, troubleshooting, and product operation.
  • Messages or details you provide when requesting access or support.
02

How information is used

  • Provide and synchronize the portal selected by the workspace owner.
  • Authenticate visitors and enforce public, private, workspace, and client access rules.
  • Deliver product actions such as invitations, estimate comments, approvals, and related notifications.
  • Maintain, secure, diagnose, and improve the service.
  • Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.
03

Connected services and sharing

A workspace owner chooses which Notion workspace and duplicated Link template to connect. Link only receives access granted through that connection and uses it to provide the requested synchronization.

Portal information is shared with people according to the workspace’s client, project, and visibility settings. Service providers may process limited information when required to host, secure, communicate, or operate Link; they do not receive permission to use workspace content for their own purposes.

04

Retention and deletion

Information is kept for as long as it is needed to operate an active workspace, meet legitimate security or legal requirements, and resolve support issues. Workspace owners can disconnect a source or request deletion of the Link workspace data.

A deletion request may require identity and authority verification. Some records may be retained where required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

05

Your choices

  • Ask a workspace owner to correct the source information shown in a portal.
  • Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account.
  • Disconnect Notion from the workspace settings when you no longer want Link to synchronize it.
  • Use the data deletion page for request steps and scope.
