Data deletion

If the information comes from Notion, update or remove it in the connected source first so it is not restored by a later synchronization. A workspace admin can also disconnect Notion from Link.

Deleting Link data does not delete the original pages or databases in your Notion workspace.

• Use the support form and include the email address used for Link.
• Name the workspace and explain whether the request covers an account, invitation, client portal, or the complete Link workspace.
• Respond to any verification request needed to confirm identity and authority.
• The team will confirm the accepted scope and let you know when the request has been completed or if limited records must be retained.

• The Link workspace and its connection settings.
• Synced client, project, people, and project-page data stored by Link.
• Invitations, memberships, portal access records, and workspace appearance settings.
• Product records associated with the workspace, subject to security, legal, and dispute-resolution requirements.

If you received portal access through a client, contact the workspace owner first. They control the underlying source and can correct or remove project information. You can also contact Link about account, invitation, or access information associated with your email address.

Signed Meta data-deletion callbacks are received at /api/meta/data-deletion. The callback route verifies the platform request before a deletion workflow is accepted.
