The clients, projects and people in your copy of the template, and each project’s page: its text, to-dos, images, video, files and the pages inside it. Changes reach Link every 15 minutes, and sooner when Notion reports them.

Only what you share. A client admin sees all of their company’s projects. A client user sees all of them, or just the ones you choose. Every page stays private until you make it public.
