Delete a workspace or your data

Delete a workspace yourself, or ask the Link team to remove your personal data.

Delete a workspace

  1. Open Settings → General.
  2. Choose Delete workspace.
  3. Type the phrase Link asks for to confirm.

This deletes the workspace and its Link data: clients, projects, people and settings. Your Notion pages are not changed. Only Link admins can delete a workspace.

Deleting a workspace can’t be undone.

Remove your personal data

If a company invited you, ask them first: they keep the source, and a sync would bring back what is still there. To have Link remove your account and personal data, email joachim@0001.dev from the address you use with Link. See Data deletion for what a request covers.
